This is a unique festival to celebrate the spirit of our beautiful city and its trees. NERALU means shade in Kannada.

When: 8th and 9th February 2014
Where: Bal Bhavan at Cubbon Park

The WDC on 9th Feb will meet at the NERALU venue. Do join us, specially those who love to draw/paint trees.

Other events being planned for the festival include:
- An art exhibition
- A photo exhibition
- Tree journaling workshops
- Film screenings
- Ecological and historical/cultural walks
- Talks by prominent scholars
- Storytelling events
- Games and fun activities for children

NERALU is a not-for-profit, volunteer-driven initiative and entry is free for everyone.
