This is very nice Shalini. And your other portrait too. I see that you have a natural feel for the eyes, which are really globes fitted inside a cup. Sometimes we tend to simply 'draw' them on the surface, as if they are flat objects. Very nice turning of the eyes indeed.

On a very minor technical nitpick, I wonder if the corner of the mouth on her right side is dragging down by just a wee bit. Unless a person a smirking, the line passing through the two corners are generally parallel to those passing under the nose, and the inner/outer corners of the eyes.

Having said that, on second thoughts, there is an issue of perspective here and you have good justification in drawing the mouth the way you have. Those parallels I have mentioned are also subject to perspective, and in a pose such as this, would tend to slightly 'converge' towards the far side - don't know if I could make any sense at all!
