Perhaps the most "watercoloury" watercolour I have done till now. The blob at the foreground is a "holy" conch.

I like the pleasant brightness of the whole image. Full of golden light!

I am glad Paranirajan. For some reason I needed effort go bright with the palette Anupama. Thanks! It is such a brassy pun Prabha. :-) Thanks a lot for the detailed comments Prosenjitda. The water brushes helped me in being bolder with the "flowing" colours! I loved the experience.

Thanks all!

Yes, what Prabha said... the background and the floor too! :D Love the vibrancy in this one. That conch is hardly a blob, its eminently recognizable. I can see that you're reveling in the use of more and more water - let the water carry the paint wherever it will, let the colors swirl and intermingle, let the hard edges on the shadow side dissolve in mysterious water-fogs!

I like the left edge of the container on the left, there is a very nice sense of turn at that location. Compare that with the bold outline (on the left) of the container in the middle - I wonder if that line is somewhat arresting the sense of 'turn' over there. IMHO, its better to use a very faint hand while doing the preliminary pencil drawing for a watercolor - let the painted edges (sharp or swirly) do the final drawing.
