How about sketching on the move and learning more about the historic White Town - first English fortress in India?
'Fort St. George heritage walk' is conducted by Mr Vincent D' Souza on 18th Aug. This is part of Madras week Celebration. Check out the calender: http://themadrasday.in/events-calendar/
As per the site:
Starts at 6.45 a.m. Meeting point - Parking lot opposite the main gate of the fort. Duration 2 hours. Late comers will not be able to join the walk due to security reasons. Free. But participants should register by sending a mail to email@example.com, mentioning the date of the walk they wish to join.
It is preferable to have a small sketch book for quick sketches and making notes!
See you all there by 6:30 am...
Make a note that late comers are not allowed for security reasons!
( Based on the energy levels after the heritage walk we can decide if we want to sketch in the near by George town or Beach. )
